Maintenance knowledge of explosion-proof vibration motor

1. Periodic inspection and cleaning, the housing must not be dusty, and the motor must not be washed with water.

2. The allowable temperature of the bearing during operation must not exceed 95 ℃. The motor of frame size 112 and above shall check the bearing at least once every 2500 hours of operation. If the bearing grease is found to be deteriorated, it must be replaced in time. Before replacement, the bearing must be cleaned with gasoline.

Vibration motors are often damaged due to grease quality problems and timely refilling. Filling and replacing the same type of grease according to regulations is very important for the normal operation and service life of vibration motors.
