YBZ series high-efficiency dust-proof explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors (hereinafter referred to as vibration motors) are squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motors. It has full sealing, adjustable excitation force, explosion-proof flameproof, low noise, reliable operation, etc. It can work under any dust conditions with explosion-proof requirements.

The explosion-proof performance of this series of vibration motors complies with the provisions of GB3836.1-2010 "Explosive Environment Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment" and GB3836.2-2010 "Explosive Environment Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosure" d "". Explosion-proof marks are ExdⅡAT4 Gb, ExdⅡBT4Gb, Ex tD A21 IP65 T130 ℃, and are applicable to Zone 21 and Zone 22 of the IIA Gb, IIB Gb class and dust environment in the factory environment. Adjustment of excitation force:

Each output shaft of the vibration motor has a fixed eccentric block and an adjustable eccentric block. Adjusting the angle between the adjustable eccentric block and the fixed eccentric block can change the magnitude of the exciting force. When leaving the factory, the included angle between the adjustable eccentric block and the fixed eccentric block is 0 degrees, and the excitation force at this time is the rated excitation force F of the vibration motor. The excitation force at different angles is shown in the table. When adjusting the excitation force, the adjustable eccentric blocks on the outer end of the shaft on both ends of the vibration motor should be oriented in the same direction, and the two ends should be adjusted at the same angle.
